DO YOU KNOW HOW TO TASTE IT?

Take your Simões Azeitão DOP out of your refrigerator 2 hours before, in Winter, and 30 minutes, in Summer. It should be served at room temperature to recover all its sensory, aroma, flavor and texture qualities.

Put the cheese on a base. The cut should be done in half, so you can enjoy the buttery cream deforming slowly.

Then, cut it into small slices and serve.
